1. Metro Accessible
Don't have a car or want to drive? No problem. We made sure the MoCo Pride Party was accessible to all. It's a short walk from the Rockville Metro Stop on the Red Line and there are many bus routes that can take you right into the heart of Rockville as well. Even consider Lyft or Uber.
2. Bring Your Teen
The MoCo Pride Party is an event for all ages who can stay up until the later hours of the evening, however, you must be 21 and show legal ID in order to purchase alcohol from one of the beverage stations.
3. Bring A Chair
Attendees are encouraged to bring their own folding beach/camping chair to enjoy the entertainment. You'll want to give your feet a rest and kick back with a beer, so at least bring a blanket and park yourself under the stars.
4. Meet Peppermint
Yassssss qween! Miss Peppermint is available at 8:30pm for a meet & greet for those attendees who purchase a VIP Pass ticket. Don't miss this golden opportunity to meet this RuPaul's Drag Race Superstar.
5. Bring Cash
It is highly suggested to bring cash to purchase any food, beverage, and merchandise options. While some places will accept debit and credit cards, cash is king. You may even want to think about this cute rainbow fanny pack to stash your cash and really show off your Pride!
6. Bug Spray
MoCo Pride Party will be outdoors, thus, there is the chance of annoying bugs. You can either toss on some bug spray before your go or put it in your cute fanny pack above......OR consider buying this colorful repellent bracelets to chase those pests away. Cute + Bug Free = On Fleek!
